Diamond in the Rough
This shop has been rumored to be shutting down for years now and there's little wonder as to why. It's a seedy second-hand shop with a stock made up of mostly stolen goods. It's run by students from the school as its owner is almost always out of town on a "business trip." However, it does have a nice little employee lounge in the back so it's now mostly a villain only hang out.
