TRYOUTS
IC TIME: EARLY OCTOBER | OC: MAY EVENT
Now that the first month of the school year has passed, everyone is beginning to find their place at the Academy. For some, this means that they have found some clubs and sports that interest them. So, this means that it's tryout season! This is the time to start a club or try to see if you can make the track team. Good luck!
((Rest assured if you do not participate in this event, your character will still be able to join clubs and sports teams later on. This is just a test of running events here.))
So how can my character participate?
Easy! All you have to do is either 1) Post an open thread where your character is at a tryout or at club meeting and label it as a tryout event thread in the description -OR- 2) post below mentioning that you would like to see your character be a part of a specific activity and if someone is interested, you guys can do the thread.
Once a thread has been established, please let me know so I can add the activity's info to this thread!
All kinds of clubs and sports are fair game with two small exceptions.
- OOC - I will not let there be a therapy/mental health orientated club. These things are more trouble than they're worth and TBH I am not comfortable with it.
- IC - The school will not formally allow clubs meant to bring the heroes and villains together, but if the club can be disguised as something else, it can fly under the radar.
