Hidden deep within the Adirondacks, there is a strange building protected by magic older than the Parthenon in Greece. When it was first constructed nearly thirty years ago, it was designed to give the demigods of Camp Half-Blood and Jupiter (now connected through the campus) a proper education that extended beyond swinging a sword and knowing which side of Janus they should trust. However, nowadays the building has a different purpose. Two years ago, mortals started to appear at both camps with abilities previously only seen in demigods. They had been blessed by the gods themselves.
Unable to pass either camp's border, these mortals now live at the academy for their own safety as they're now just as appetizing as any demigod to the monsters from antiquity. Here they're safe to learn how to control their newfound abilities as well as learn more about the world they are now a part of. However, there is one question no one has the answer to yet; just why were these mortals chosen and why so many of them are appearing now, just when everything is at peace?
Either way, tensions are rising. There seems to be trouble on the horizon and who knows what it'll bring with it.
