Scars/Body Modifications: Blaire has quite a few tattoo's, mostly on both of her arms.
Most Memorable Feature: Blair doesn't consider herself to have any memorable features. If she had to pick it would probably be her tattoo's as they tend to be something that people notice at first. Or her eyes as she has a piercing gaze that seems to look right into your soul.
Blair has longish coal black hair, it's typically kind of shaggy and she just lets it fall into place not worrying to much about styling yet. Still she manages not to look like a homeless person. She has naturally tanned skin that most girls would kill for. Her clothing could be described as "grunge" and she has a love of over sized shirts. Most of the time you will not catch her in a dress as they make her feel uncomfortable. She also really hates the color purple as it was her mothers color and she was always forced to wear it as a child and feels that it looks awful on her.

PERSONALITY
Blair was a only child and from a early age was kept pretty much to herself. It was always just her and her mother. She was not encouraged to make friends, in fact her mother did not let her create relationships with other children and taught her that she could trust no one. Though it took her a while she was eventually able to form friendship with a few students after being sent to Silver Springs. Blair is not someone that people tend to approach if they can avoid it. Her personality is a bit strange and awkward and she doesn't have the best people skills. She does however like attention and likes her presence to be known even if she comes off as over the top or dramatic.
Her sense of humor is a bit sick and twisted as she find joy in others pain, especially if she is the one causing it. She will talk a big game but when it comes down to it she isn't as bad as she makes herself sound or as she is perceived by others. Blair does like to cause trouble and if she doesn't cause it on purpose it just tends to find her and any one she is with. Most people would find this to be a burden but the villain in her quite enjoys it when there is no consequences at least.
Her mother never really set any rules for Blair and she was told that rules were meant to be broken, so it's safe to say she has very little respect for authority. As she got older though and with being at school she has started to learn that there are consequences that she does not enjoy when she does break the rules.
If you wish to see a softer side to Blair just bring her a puppy or anything cute and fluffy, its her one obsession that would literally drive her mother mad. She was never allowed pets as a kid, except for a ugly toad that was once a village kid that made her angry and she changed into the toad. It got lose after a week a hopped away. Things that were cute, cuddly, wholesome, innocent exc she was taught to hate and avoid.
Blair could be considered entertaining and "fun" to other villains and those up to no good. But those goody two shoe princess probably look down at her and don't really find her amusing. Don't be to alarmed if she agrees to meet you and never shows up, she really is just a air head sometimes and probably forgot. Always off doing her own thing and changing her plans at last minute. Blair is a loyal person to few and typically comes through when she is really needed.
Not ever really knowing what love felt like she doesn't understand it and really doesn't know how to accept it. Is she open to it, sure, but it would take some time and it would probably be very awkward on her part.
HISTORY
Blair is the only child to Mad Madam Mim as she is known as, and a random unsuspecting traveler. So Blair has no idea who her father is and of course Mim never had any interest in tracking the man down. Blair was "created" for the sole purpose of having a heir that Mim could teach her magic too in hopes that some day she would get the upper hand on Merlin. Two would be harder to defeat, though her mother would never admit that she needed the help as her ego was too big.
Blair was taught magic from a young age and while she was quite skilled herself she never really used it for anything big. Mostly silly parlor tricks or for transfiguration which was something her mother made her practice allot. It came in handy when she decided to make herself a pet.
At the age of 13 her mother sent her off to Silver Springs Academy. Of course she really didn't think the school would have much to offer her child but that wasn't the reason that she was sent there. Mim had heard rumors of Merlins son attending the school and wanted Blair to destroy him. Honestly her mother vendettas never interested her and so when she arrived at school she had no plan on even bothering with the boy.
It was a new place and was quite awkward for her as making friends had never been anything that she was good at. Plus most people didn't find her personality appealing. Eventually she did find her place with three other villain children and considers it her "happy" place. Though she would probably never admit that being around them makes her happy. Blair didn't like following rules when she first arrived but as she learned about consequences she slowly and arguably fell into line...or at least got better at pretending she was behaving.
