Here is the application for Scepters and Shadows. It's pretty simple, just fill it out and post it in this board using that character's account with the thread title being LAST, first name and use the thread description field to say what group they're in, who their parent is, and your alias. Also, your character's picture does not have to be exactly 500 x 250. In fact, it could be any size you want it to be as long as the width is no more than 500 pixels.
